Hello everyone. 🙂 Today’s video absolutely melts my heart and fills me with hope and courage. I hope and pray that this video will inspire all of you as it has me. God is such a healing God. He is a loving, forgiving, redeeming and reconciling God. Oh! How deserving He is of our deepest love and gratitude!
I am SO grateful that God hasn’t given up on me. He could have done so a long time ago. I used to be so far from Him and I hurt Him so badly by my indifference to Him and my cherished fascination with sin. Even now, even though I have given my heart to Him, I still fail many times, and yet He always forgives me without hesitation when I repent of my sins. He is growing, changing and transforming me. He is correcting my wrong ideas, habits and reactions and giving me right ideas, habits and reactions instead. My journey is never over. I am so grateful that Jesus stays by my side as I unlearn the bad and learn the good as I grow in my walk with Him.
The love that God has shown me is so profound and I am so grateful for Him. It is my sincere desire and heart longing that God will fill me with as much forgiveness for others as He has for me. I also want the kind of faith that God has-the faith that anyone can change-no matter how bad they may be, because I am so touched that He believes that I can change even when I struggle to believe it. I want as much love and compassion in my heart for others as God has for me. When I recall times when I was in so much need and God brought people into my life who showed me His tender, caring love, and when I think about how much the love shown me blossomed in my heart and led me closer to Jesus, I want to show caring love for others.
I love how Ms. Caijuan showed God’s forgiving, faith-filled, tender and caring love to her father. What a rich harvest this love created-both in her father’s heart and in Ms. Caijuan’s heart too! What a beautiful testimony this daughter and her father have! God is so good!
Lord! You are so good. Please do for us what we cannot do for ourselves. Please heal us, convict us of our sins, forgive us of our sins, cleanse us from our sins and fill us with Your love. Please help us to share both the love towards and the faith for others that You share with us. Please give us the caring, the tenderness, the forgiveness, the selflessness, and the motivation that we need in order to love others as You love.
