Hello everyone. 🙂
In this day and age, it can be more difficult for women looking for modest clothing to find appropriate attire. I hope that the resources and ideas that I am providing below will be of help to ladies who want to dress in a way that is both modest and attractive.
Disclaimer: I have not been paid to advertise for any of the companies mentioned and linked below. I will not earn anything if you decide to purchase clothing items from any of them. 🙂
Without further ado, let’s get into some tips.
- Wear a bolero along with a sleeveless dress. Many women have probably already come up with this solution.
- Wear a cropped layering top or a tank top underneath a blouse with a too low neckline. I personally love these cropped layering tops from Kosher Casual and I wear them a whole lot. I also enjoy wearing a black, silk tanktop underneath a dress that I have which has a lower neckline. Lastly, Kosher Casual sells an assortment of layering garments to make outfits more modest.
- Check out eShakti.com! While attending a Christian event, I met a woman who was wearing a very nice dress. I asked her where she got her dress, and she told me that she had gotten it from eShakti and wrote down some information for me. She told me that this company provides the option to change the necklines, sleeves, and lengths of dresses to one’s liking. I just checked out eShakti.com today, and I was favorably impressed!
- Check out inheritco.com! My mother and I have gotten some skirts from this site, and we like them.
I hope that this blog post has been helpful to someone. It’s more difficult -for ladies especially, to dress modestly these days, but it isn’t impossible. There are many nice options out there.
Learning how to dress as a woman (or man) of God can be a journey, and God is patient with us ladies (and men) as we go through our individual journeys, learning how to dress in a way that reflects just how good He is. What is so beautiful and comforting throughout our journeys with Him is the knowledge that what He is most concerned about is what is in our hearts. When we are modestly dressed while having insincere, proud and unclean hearts, we make God look bad, but when we are modestly dressed while having sincere, humble, and clean hearts, we reveal God’s wonderful love and purity to everyone around us.
I so feel and know that Jesus is yearning after all of us. Oh, how Satan tries to discourage us, but oh how Jesus loves us, and how He seeks to encourage us! Jesus hasn’t given up on us-praise God! Let’s not give up on Him. ❤

Blessings and courage to all. 🙂
