Happy Mother’s Day to all of the mothers. 🙂

My Mother’s Day blog post today is short, sweet, and heart-felt.

My Journey to Becoming The Daughter and Granddaughter That I Want to Be

The best gift I can give to the women who brought me into the world is to fall at the feet of Jesus.

My prayer is that I will run after Jesus this year…yes…run after Him. My love cup must be filled by Him before it can pour out to others. I desire to be filled up by and transformed by His love so that the love that I share with others will be of the right kind. I need His kind of love. My kind of love is not like His. His kind of love is far better than mine. I am so grateful that He is changing my heart.

The best gift I can give to the women who brought me into this world is the gift of me becoming the woman that God meant me to be. This is my commitment for this year and for always. It is a commitment that I can only carry through in Jesus’ strength. I ask Him to build the house of my life after His ways. This song expresses the sentiments of my heart.

I hope that you all were blessed by this blog post. I also hope that you will stay tuned for my next blog post in my series on Bible Prophecy.

Blessings. 🙂

I’m just a young lady who is journeying through life with Jesus. I have much to learn and unlearn and I’m so grateful to be able to be guided by God in my growing process. I desire to learn and grow forever. May I never find a complacent, stopping point! As long as I continue to humbly walk with God, I will forever be His work in progress (adapted from the "About" page on my blog learnandgrow4ever.com).
