I am sorry to be making this blog post so late in the day.
It’s an amazing reality that Jesus humbled Himself as much as He did. He left the matchless glories of heaven, and was born as a human baby in a manger: something that animals ate hay from. True selflessness and humility require true power. Jesus revealed a steady, loving, humble, and unshakable power throughout His life on earth.
Jesus came to earth so that He could live a loving, compassionate, self sacrificing, and sinless life among us, so that He could die on the cross and pay for our sins, and so that He could rise again from the dead and return to heaven where He now functions as our High Priest. Jesus is wonderful: He is so very worth knowing.
On this Christmas Day, I want to invite you all to look at the this Christmas blog post which I wrote back in December of 2019. It is my prayer that the thoughts in this blog post will be a blessing to those who read it.
